If you have been wanting to make a cowl lately this one is for you. The cowl is worked in the round. The design is made by knitting purls in specific places. The Georgia Cowl is great for those grab and go days when you know you need something to keep you warm but don't want to wear a scarf out because it just really isn't that cold.
